Content charge that I did not Subscribe to

Smartcall (STS) has billed me for content charge that I did not subscribe to starting on my bill for 11-Sept through 11-Dec.

They refuse to provide proof of said subscription and also refuse to refund my unjustly taken money (which caused my phone to be suspended with my service provider MTN)
They also did not abide to the WASPA code of conduct in that you have to receive a notification that you have been subscribed, and subsequently a reminder 30 days after subscription.

This company should be investigated in depth by waspa and shut down! Criminals!
