Charging my account, without my consent!!

MTN have given Operainteractive my account no. I have been billed since January 2013 for services I HAVE not received. I have a CONTENT CHARGE on my cell account- no breakdown of what it is. My cell account has been running for 16 years. I have always paid what the contract amount was signed for. I have asked and emailed Operainteractive.. they come back and say we will contact you in 48 hours. I have phoned them, held on for 20 mins. The lady said oh I will cancell the Content Charge no problem. I received am sms saying how sorry they were I was cancelling, but here is 500 points. This month they have billed me again. I phoned MTN again last night..reference no99334508- oh I will cancell the Content Charge. Now who, has given this company my account no. Where is the breakdown, invoice, accounting system of what my benefit is. Please reimburst me, and STOP this.
