I'm trying to make contact with Vodacom legal department to obtain two things, listed below, with no success. I have been given a few numbers to contact by the customer care line but all these numbers takes me back to customer care. My reason for trying to get hold of them: Someone opened a account in my name in 2012 which they (vodacom legal dept.) have allegedly sorted out. I have tried to apply for an increase on my mortgage through my bank but am now requested to provide proof that the Vodacom matter is resolved - my name is obviously blacklisted. I have not had any luck and have tried for a whole week, I'm so frustrated and this stops me from getting my personal finance sorted out.
I need two things; 1. To have my name cleared on the credit bureau. 2. to obtain proof immediately that the matter has been sorted out in order for me to provide the bank with the necessary proof that the matter is resolved.
