Vodacom
Black Listed for a Paid account

I used to have a vodacom Contract In 2010, The account was handed over to by vodacom And thefor paid in full, The attorney confirmed that vodacom would lift the listing that was in my name. I havent had a problem the aftre till i decided to get my credit report from ITC thats when i discoverd that vodacom has not yet lifted that Blacklisting, Iam sooooo dissapointed in thier admin department as this matter goes back to 2011.
When I call thier legal department I get sent from pillr to post and this is seriously time consuming & Irritating.
Hope this matter gets sorted out for good.
