I discovered that somebody has used my personal details to setup accounts in my name and one of them was with Vodacom. I alerted vodacom of this and I was asked to send an afidavit and other info which I have done and 3 months later the matter seems to be no where near being resolved. it's been weeks now and I have not received any correspondences from vodacom. I phoned Vodacom and spoke to another call centre consultant and according to what has been inserted onto the system the matter has not even been sent to their /risk department for further investigation. Even after coming forward to Vodacom and alerting them of this they have continued to have me listed therefore making it impossible for me to be granted credit.
