Vodacom

We are very disappointed in Vodacom. Vodacom did a sim swap on someone else's phone a week ago Monday and gave that individual my current phone number. I cant phone there is R800-OO of my phone used by this other user we faxed through the id document and last 5 numbers dialled with the reference number when my husband phone today again to see what is happening they bluntly said sorry they closed the case on Friday and sorry it shouldn't happened a junior was handling this case he should never have closed it. All my bank info and accounts go to this number. How ridiculous we only faxed through the paper work Friday, they asked for on Friday they are a bunch of incompetent staff members at Vodacom. This is nothing has been done meanwhile I am without a phone and the other individual already used all the money on the phone this is outrageous we feel like opening a case against Vodacom this should never happened. More than a week passed with absolutely nothing. Meanwhile the debit order will go of and we have to pay for a service we could not use because of on Vodacom side. We are utterly disgusted with Vodacom.
