2011: Vodacom baklisted me to Credit Bureau for contracted phone that i have never had, I sorted the matter with the 2011, and I thought it was sorted

2012: Vodacom was not on my credit history al all, I was not on any credit bureau, my life was fine

2013: Vodacom handed over thye matter to legal department for the same issues sorted in 2011. After the police letter and alot of faxing and my time, and airtime of calling the endless cost centres of people with bad attitude, here i was in from again the same issue, back to being blacklisted.

I called JHB call call centre a line manager by the name of Lauise Smith and consultant Jerald Khoza, claimed to handle my issue and I hav never head from them till today, when i call no body knows them

are these people even giving us their real name at vodacom???
I called the legal department no one picks the call, after 3 days they finally answer the phone, 'no ' they say their system is down they cann't help me now they will call me later the same day... waited waited waited... still waiting and im picking up grey hair waiting and can't do my stuff because im backlisted, and waiting for Vodacom stuff/ legai stuff to call me
