Vodacom fails to refund afte

I am NOT and have never been a vodacom customer (I use Autopage Cellular) but they negligently allowed a criminal to submit a false Absa statement with MY personal banking details to obtain a new handset by opening a contract for himself WITHOUT CHECKING WITH ABSA THAT THE BANK STATEMENT IS AUTHENTIC (the false bank document generated is only correct with my bank account number, the account holder and the statements/balances are all false) The ID document used was for someone in KZN that apparently does not know the criminal. This was in September and since then Vodacom has debited my account with 4 debits totalling R12 000, before I noticed the. I immediately engaged Dept and faxed all proof to 0115468888. I was called by Grant (?) a couple of weeks later to say that all is resolved and that I will be refunded in full. Since then i have sent in excess of ten faxes to that number AND NO-ONE CAN GIVE ME THE ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER FOR THAT DEPT... I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN-AROUND FOR MONTHS NOW!!! THEY SIMPLY IGNORE MY FAXES AND DO NOT CALL ME AS MY FAXES BEG THEM TO DO. THE CALL CENTRE JUST GIVES ME NUMBERS UPON NUMBERS AND I GO AROUND IN CIRCLES. NO JOY!!!
