Frustrating service or lack there of

What happened is that I applied for a contract at the vodacom shop inside the standard bank head office no 5 Simmonds two weeks ago, the application was approved and I was promised the phone within 3days. While today makes the 2 week and I am yet to get the phone when I went to the store to enquire the lady that assisted me told me that the phone has been discontinued which I late found out that was a and that i can go look fir it else then they gave me back my application form. What's frustrating is that I had to wait two weeks to be told that I can't get my phone now I have to start the application process all over again.
