Waiting almost 2 weeks for feedback

I have applied for financial assistance almost 2 weeks ago. The website says you can get the money within 48hours if all goes well. However this was not the case with me. A week later after my application I called to ask the progress in terms of my application. They told me that they still need to confirm employment, since they were not able to get through on the work number I gave them. I gave them an alternative number and a few days later I called to enquire, they said there is no answer. I dont believe that because both the numbers I gave them they work. I called again a few days later and I was told that they tried to call me but coudnt get hold of me. That is not true. I always have my phone with me and I had no missed call from them. Im not even certain if I still need to continue with the application because I have provided them with all the documentation they wanted and after that I receive no feedback. Its frustrating. I dont advice anyone to go to them when they need financial assistance. Rather go to reputable banks. The service is really really bad. They must just tell me if I qualify or not and not make me wait this long. Its FRUSTRATING. No feedback
