I applied for a phone online with vodacom, everything went smoothly, and my application was approved in minutes which i was happy about.
i did the last monday on the 14th of October and will recieve my phone withing 5business days.
i contact vodacom on friday (18 October) to find out how far is the delivery, i was then told a consultant would contact me, i waited till today (21 October) where i AGAIN had to contact them to find out how far is my order... only to be told it was discontinued! DISCONTINUED! so i had to wait for more than a week to be told that my approved application was DISCONTINUED.
NOW IM TOLD TO ORDER A NEW PHONE... I DONT WANT ANOTHER PHONE, I CHOSE THAT PHONE CAUSE I LIKE THAT PHONE (iPhone4 for R199) SPECIFICLY
