MTN's e-mail service has not been working properly;
MTN's clients suffered MONTHS of 'upgrades" - now it's worse than ever.
I'm now getting my e-mails, but cannot reply to most of them (MyMTNMail just gives error message :
" The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 5943998690558995235").
I logged a complaint with MTN; their reply (after a few days...) below

THE SERVICE IS NOT #$%^* WORKING!!!
I tried replying to MTN's Success Doom's e-mail (above), BUT I COULDN'T
BECAUSE IT JUST GIVES ME THE SAME @#$%& ERROR MESSAGE I REPORTED!!!
Is there ANYONE at MTN who can tell me something other than
the system is being/has been upgraded and the problem is/will be sorted???
I NEED A FIX, NOT AN APOLOGY/PROMISES.
