on the 10-03-2013 i visited mtn at Riverside Mall, Nelspruit to upgrade my contract and i was given a wrong package without being made aware and also the cellphone had an OBF.I called the guy who was assisting me he told me that it was expensive and he did not think i can afford it, i was very offended. I went back to the shop on the 12th and i ddnt find Lucky and i found obert who insisted he was the manager, i had the handset with me and he told me to come back on a friday when Lucky is around and bring with me the product with all the packaging so that he can give me the one that i wanted.
on my arrival on friday i found the guy i spoke to him and told him that i was not happy with the treatment and the dishonesty considering that he didnt show me what he was giving me before i left the shop. he gave me a Galaxy note N7100 and Galaxy Tab P5100 instad of N 7100 and N8000 and i only saw when i got home that its different from what i wanted.
HE then went to the back office of the shop and i waited for a very long time, eventually he came back with the actual manager whO 1. did not introduce himself 2. did not identify himself as a manager and bashed without hearing my side
