Applied on line for a contract phone using service 10213, assisted by a lady whom I cant remember her name, she took me through the application process. She then ask me to either hold or she will phone me or send me an sms to give me the decision on my application, but I opted to wait for her call or sms. She never phoned or sms me back, which to me meant my application was declined, although I thought it was unfair not to inform me of the decision.almost a week later 28/11/13 I discovered that my bank has charged me with R115.because of failed debit order from 8ta, which was a surprised for me as I didn't had any contract with them.on phoning 8ta was told that in T&C that were read to me It say if my my appl.is approved my acc. will be debited (I don't remember hearing that, even if I did, i was promised a call or sms, i never received any of that, so how would I have known my application was successful. I was also told that the status of my application has been changed to decline, since idid not have enough money on the day of debit. What is that? Is this how you work? I need some clarification. Its not fair I had to pay R115 FOR WHAT???
