DELAYING TACTICS

I have never experienced such appalling service. i went to Vodacom on 04 Jan 2013 and applied for the Acer aspire laptop that they had on special, my application was approved and was advised that it will take 3 days for me to get the merchandise. I was told to come back the nxt Wednesday. i visited the branch and the lady helping me (gugu) said they are on back order and it should be delivered by the next Wednesday. (Mind you, it was to be delivered on 09). I called them the next Wednesday (16 Jan 2013) still nothing. Until after 3 weeks Gugu called their supplier who told them that the acer aspire deals were discontinued. (This was a frustrating moment as i waited 3 freakn weeks for a computer that is discontinued!!! and nowhere in their brochure does it say stock is limited. i then opted for a HP Pavillion. from the 3rd week, they said the computer will be there the 4th week, nothing still. last friday Gugu called me and said the computer is ready. guess what, it has no router. what was i waiting for all these weeks??? i called again today and they are telling me about friday. what guarantee do i have that it will be there. this is over a month that this has been happening
