My contract with vodacom had come to an end so 4 weeks I ago I applied for a cell phone contract with mtn because they offered me a better deal than vodacom. I specifically asked to continue to use my number as I didn't want to get a new number. Few days later I got a phone call that my contract was approved but instead of me receiving my phone i was given a run around for weeks. first when I got there I was told my SIM card was not activated so I had to wait a week. Secondly when I got there a week later they tell me that the SIM card is activated but when I checked it was on a wrong number not the number I specifically asked for! So then I was told to wait again for another week because they had to make a whole new application. Throughout the whole time nobody communicated with me from the branch to let me know what was happening with the process even though I was given assurances that they will let me know what happening with my application. I have been to the mtn store at over ten times through my own initiative.

Till this day I don't know the state of my application. I regret ever leaving Vodacom, the service I have received from Mtn and the branch is just disgraceful!!
