Last year in October I received a phone call from vodacom Agent and the Agent told me that Vodacom is giving me a SUMSUNG gallaxy S II mini phone as a valued customer and on top I will get a Voucher from Homemark. I asked if this was not a and the agent confirmed that it was not. I repeatedly asked him if he is sure i wont pay any amount and he confirmed many times. I agreed to the offer sinse it was free. This was in Sept 2013. Vodacom then delivered the phone during the last week of Sept. On the 4th of October Vodacom debited R135 from my bank account, I then phoned Vodacom and they told me that I have a second contract linked to me and I told dem that I neva wanted it and dey shud cancel it and fetch their phone as I only agreed to it because i was told it was for free. Someone came on the 3rd week of October to fetch the phone and I thought the deal was cancelled. Up to today they are still taking the R135 each month of the phone they took back. When I phone them they tell me it was a deal sold by Homemark and I should contact Homemark for my refund. I did phone Homemark and they told me they are still looking for the deal request and the never got back to me.
