An amount of R1 706.72 my itemised billing shows to have been used between 16 and 27 February 2013, this amounts to about 4 Gigs.
I have a 2gig package for R350 with them. When I requested the amount owed at Nashua Mobile Northridge mall in Bloemfontein on 05 March 2013, I was told I owe R545 which I paid and I was told my account was up to date. On 11 April I went in Nashua Mobile Sandton City, and I was told I owe R411.70, which I also paid. However I was also told that I incurred R1706.72 in February. Please note that this did not appear on my account when I paid on 5 March for the month of February, they said that this was incurred between 16 - 27 February because my 2 gig bundle had run out.
I did not use this amount of data, I believe that this is because of a fault in Nashua Mobile's billing processes or systems.
