Vodacom my worst nightmare

My worst nightmare is VODACOM, one of the service providers with the worst service. My first Vodacom contract was around February 2011 and I later realised that I was given a wrong contract. The other guy from Vodacom helped me to get the contract offer I wanted. During december I was called by the oher with numbers 087 351 6450 and said his office number is 011 430 6455, this man said I have won two samsung phone and a R1000 homemark voucher because of buying much airtime besides that one of contract. It is now february and I have learned that I have two contracts with vodacom and that has extended the time I have with them. My first contract is expiring on may 2014 which is no longer 24 months but about 26 months. I called vodacom to talk about the othe contract and they said its not their responsibility. Now I am stuck with Homemark voucher and contract whereas there is no Homemark in Limpopo. The cancellation qoutes do not include the R529s I paid for the first three months. I just dont know how to get this nightmare (VODACOM) off my back. I can't withstand them anymore. I never even used the cellphones I got, mxm I hate this vodacom and their service
