Vodacom phoned my husband with a promotion in November 2012. The promotion they said was for a samsung galaxy phone, a samsung galaxy tablet and R1500 game gift voucher. When they delivered the things it consisted of a samsung galaxy phone, a cheap nokia phone and R1500 homemark gift voucher. Ever since we've been trying to send everything back, but with no success! We took it to a vodacom shop and they said that they don't take the responsibility of sending it back, we should phone homemark. We've phoned homemark numerous times and they keep on putting us through to other department until the phone line cuts off! We've already made 3 payments on these phones as they are linked with my husband's other vodacom contracts! I think this is a and vodacom should take more responsibility! Everything is still closed, we haven't opened or used any of the stuff and now we're paying for things we don't want!!
