Unwanted Vodacom Contract!!!

I was contacted by a Homemark representative in December to tell me that they see I have updated my details with Vodacom and would like to offer me a free gift. To my surprise after saying "no" numerous times in the conversation I received a parcel delivered to my work. Inside was a phone and an Invoice showing an amount owing of R0.00. When I received my Vodacom Account at the end of the month I saw I have been signed up for another contract. I have been phoning ever since and all I have received is false promises that I will be contacted to sort this out but still nothing! I have now been charged for this phone which I am not using and didn't want as I already have a Contract with Vodacom. I even contacted Vodacom and they said they can't assist. Can someone please sort this out as I think it is totally unacceptable that people get fooled like this?!? No wonder when sales people phone we are inclined to put the phone down without even listening because before you know it you are sitting with a unwanted contarct for 24 months!!!
