I HAVE RECENTLY FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST VODACOM/HOMEMARK REGARDING A GIFT VOUCHER THAT I RECEIVED FROM VODACOM TO BUY GOODS TO THE VALUE OF R900.00, FROM HOMEMARK.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING AS YET. MY ORDER WAS PLACED WITH A PERSON BY THE NAME OF BENJAMIN. APART FROM THE FACT THAT HOMEMARK DID NOT SEND THE GOODS THEY WENT FURTHER AND DEDUCTED R2699.63 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH I NEVER AUTHORISED. I WANT MY MONEY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND ALSO I WANT TO CANCEL ALL THREE MY CONTRACTS WITH VODACOM DUE TO THE FACT THAT I FEEL BETRAYED BY VODACOM AND CAN NOT TRUST THEM ANY LONGER. I MUST ALSO MENTION THAT I DID LOG A PREVIOUS COMPLAIN REGARDING THE GOODS NOT DELIVERED, I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM BOTH VODACOM AND HOMEMARK, INFORMING ME THAT A CONSULTANT WILL CONTACT ME, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. TO ME THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS SO SAD WHEN I THINK THAT TRUSTED COMPANIES LIKE VODACOM AND HOMEMARK CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED.
