There is this other lady from Vodacom who called me last month by the name Pamela (0873516450). She told me that because I am a loyal customer Vodacom is giving me two phones and a Homemark voucher valued at R1500.00. She told me that vodacom is going to deduct R315.00 once off from my account and that it.

Now I have received and sms saying they are going to deduct R650.55 on my account. This is ridiculers, and when i call Vodacom no one is willing to help me, they tell me that I should contact Homemark directly. I am sick and tired with Vodacom. Please people don't let anyone fool you.

Now I don't have a choice but to take this matter further against this Pamela lady who to me.
