I upgraded the phone 2weeks back and asked 4 a white phone and did not even get a call from them to notify me that the phone was there. i returned the phone to another branch so that can order the white one and that time the phone was still sealed since the lady in carlton refused to open it for me. it was sent back last thursday now i have to wait for another week to get a phone since the phone didnt have the charger. what kind of a service is that? how can you give somebody a phone and refuse to open it? or was it just because im black
