WRONG [HONE SUPPLIED AND PHONE PUT DOWN IN EAR

I BOUGHT A NEW BLACKBERRY Z10 ON CONTRACT FROM THESE GUYS, AND ROUGHLY ABOUT 3 MONTHS AFTER I GOT THIS PHONE, IT HAD A SOFTWARE ISSUE! I REPORTED THIS TO THE SHOP AND THEY SAID THAT THE PHONE HAD TO BE SENT IN AND THEY OPENED A JOB CARD FOR THE PHONE! IT WAS A BLACK BLACKBERRY Z10! THE PHONE WENT IN I GOT TEXT MESSAGES SAYING IT ARRIVED AT MENLYN FOR REPAIRS, ABOUT A WEEK LATER I GOT AN SMS SAYING IT WENT TO THE BLACKBERRY ADVANCED CENTRE! A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT AN TEXT SAYING IT WAS ON ROUTE TO THE COLLECTION POINT (WHICH WOULD BE VODACOM IN VILLAGE MALL HARTBEESPOORT! A WEEK WENT PASSED AFTER THAT THEN i DECIDED TO FIND OUT WHERE EXACTLY THE PHONE WAS! THEY SAID THE PHONE WAS THERE AND I COULD COLLECT IT! I ASKED THE LADY IF THE PHONE WAS REPAIRED OR REPLACED? SHE SAID IT WAS REPLACED! I SENT SOMEONE ABOUT 20 KILOMETERS TO FETCH THE PHONE! UPON ARRIVAL THEY GAVE A WHITE SECOND HAND BLACK BERRY Z10 TO HER! I ASKED THEM I SENT IN A BLACK PHONE WHY DO I GET A WHITE ONE AS I AM AWARE HOW QUICK A WHITE ONE WOULD GET RUINED IN MY LINE OF WORK! THEY SAID THAT IT WAS SENT LIKE THAT AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO! NOW THEY HAVE TO SEND THE PHONE BACK AND I HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS AGAIN??
