Upgraded Contract, 4 wks Still No Phone

I upgraded my contract on the 17th of May, received my phone that Monday. I was not happy with it, so I returned it the Tuesday. I contacted Norma who did the upgrade, and told her that I would like to replace it with a Samsung galaxy S4. She said it takes 3-5 days for the phone to be booked back, then I can order the new phone. I phoned her back after 3 days to find out the phone was booked back. Only to be told that now I have to go to the branch to get some date changed, and that the branch can order the new phone. I went to the branch, they had no idea what I was talking about. However thet did try to help, o so I thought. A mail was sent and a phone call made. She promised to come back to me, I had to phone, only to hear another excuse. The more I phone the more excuses I hear, and everytime it is a different department that need to do some kind of an approval and that department don't have phones, how funny, they're a telecomms company, but they don't have phones, and they cannot phone you back on your cell.. This is now 2 weeks later. I still don't have a phone, but surely I will be paying for the upgrade done. Very dissapointed in the service I received.
