Bad attitude, poor customer service, staff tension

I upgraded my contarct at the beginning of March. Chose a Galaxy Note 2 in graphite black. A week later I get a call to ask me to pick up my phone. The phone was white, not the black that I had asked for. The suprvisor Stacey theough i was being unreasonable for not accpeting a white phone. Evenetually, she took back the white phone and filled out a book back form to get the colour change. Turns out thst she had not completed a hardware request for a new phone, Which means Nashua took back my old phone, and left me with no phone. Three days of follow up has yielded no concrete evidence. The issue escalated to the channel manager at Nashua Mobile has not even earned a call back.
It would apprear that shockingly poor service is par for the course at Nashua Mobile The Glen and then further rntrenched by head office.
Can I please just have my phone already?!
