My phone is a Blackberry 9900 contract phone. It went in for software upgrade at nashua mobile Mafikeng on the 18th of February 2013. The battery was over heating and eventually blacked out. It also had a cracked screen. Even when the phone went in for an upgrade, i did not receive a cutesy phone. After three weeks i received a call from the manufacturer asking for an access of R1 800-00 for repairs. They explained how the phone will not be upgraded if the screen is cracked. I asked for my phone back. The phone was returned with a broken back cover. I refused to take the phone with the broken back cover. They then remained with the phone at nashua mobile. I stayed for a week without any feedback. When i called nashua mobile they told me that the shop was broken into and all the phones were . i was told i'll be receiving a new phone. I called nashua mobile, Mafikeng every week without any feedback. They never call to update me on the progress. Every time i call, the manager promises to call back with feedback. I have waited for their call up to date. i have continued to pay my account on a monthly base but not receiving the services that are inclusive on the contract.
