Hi, i complained before about nashua mobile being behind the pack interms of the latest offers and mobile phones, as they only received the sony xperia z1 one month after vodacom released it in stores.

They phone was delivered to my office on the 12th Nov, i made clear my request a white phone, i was sent a purple phone. I tried calling the agent at the head office in cpt, she wasnt at her desk for 2hours while trying to call, i left a message. I was given her cell number, no answer i left 2 messages for her to contact me urgently, no response.

I later called in and spoke to the cpt upgrade manager, he advised me to go to the nearest store, i did this and this lady was so helpful, she booked in the sealed phone to be sent back, got the person who did an upgrade.

The lady who did the upgrade advised it was written in the promo book theres only black and purple, when the lady and i check from at the store. It clearly states in the book, purple is nashua mobiles limited edition colour.

I was told that they cant tell me when i will get a white phone, and i'll have to wait. In my books my contract upgraded on the 1st November, today the delivery is 15days late.
