SHOCKING service!

I received an upgrade on the 16th of March 2013, I decided to get the IPhone 5 in white, when my phone finally arrived a week later it was the I phone 5 in black. I then sent it back and was told they would send me the white phone as soon as they have received the black phone back. I have phoned on numerous occassions, spoken to a number of different consultants, and filed a number of complaints as I am still waiting for my phone. It has nearly been 2 months since I was due an upgrade and I still dont have the phone.
Another thing, when asked to speak to a team leader or a manager I was told this was not the process and that a complaint has been filed. I have over the last month filed 3 compliants and not once has a manager/Team Leader given me a courtesy call.
When I got through to them this morning I was told another phone was on its way to me and should be here by the end of the week. when I asked what colour, they said another black phone had been sent. How is it that after so many complaints, phone calls, and returning the black phone do I still get another black phone sent to me!!!
I find this completely and utterly disgusting service!
