I purchased an iPhone4S on line with FNB as my bank. The phone arrived yesterday afternoon, in a sealed courier plastic and it was inside a small white box, sealed and that box it was a sealed iPhone box with the phone inside. When I open the iPhone box and take out the phone, I just switch on the phone and it didn't want to switch on. I did this cause that is what i did the first time and the phone switched on, I then called my husband and ask him if he had to charge his phone the first time he received it from FNB and he said no but the battery was not full. I told him that mine doesn't even switch on and I then took out the charger and connected it and it showed that it was empty it was on red. i called iStore and Dion asked for the serial number of the phone and he advised that on his side it shows that the phone was purchased in May. the phone is dirty and has scratches and the white part is chipped as if the phone fell one too many time. i called FNB and told them and they said they log a call with the courier company to come and collect the phone and give me a brand new one. i told them that if that doesn't happen they must just cancel the contract. Disappointed.
