Nashua mobile greenacres- bad service delivery

I visited nashua mobile greenacres branch in August 2013, my upgrade was due. I have two phones on my acc, I upgraded the one number... I clearly stated that I wanted a white Blackberry Q10 and the sales consultant dealing with me said that he wil get it, but can't promise how long it would take, I subsequently phone another branch and they advised that nashua mobile wil not be getting a white Q10, if I knew this... I would have never signed the upgrade!!! I visited the branch today and the store manager told me that he was there at the time I did the upgrade and he heard the consultant say that he will get met the white Q10 but he can't promise how long this would take. I have been with nashua mobile for almost 10yrs now, but after this service, I want to cancel this contract and want nothing to do with nashua mobile anymore!!! I was told by the branch manager that there is no way that this contract may be cancelled, I am realy very upset as I feel that this was false advertising, because if the consultant or manager told me on the day that I signed, that it might not be possible to get a white phone, I would have not signed!!! But telling me that I might have to wait a while.
