My deal was an phone 5 at witbank and delivery was 2 days later. After a week no response and this carried on for another week. Finally I got the manager who gave me a mouthful and promised me the phone soon. I got tired of waiting. I asked for the white i phone5 to be delivered to middelburg branch closer to me. A black one arrived and it had to be sent back. I asked middelburg to take over the deal and to order the phone. My migration was to take place on the 1st of april. In april the migration did not take place because my contract was not loaded. Now apparently i have to wait till may. Further to that Nashua just cannot give me a delivery on the white I phone 5 . I then called back to ask if they could then deliver the black i phone 5 and again no stock. Why do they advertise such deals without any stock available. Isn't it ridiculous that we have to wait a month an a half for a phone and still be told that Nashua cannot give a delivery date. I am totally fed up having to call and swap branches etc. I do appreciate middelburg's effort but again one should not place such adverts if u do not have stock. Customer service is bad. Fed up and totally disappointed.
