Do you call this customer service, because if this is "the standard" that you set for yourself as a company I pity MTN customers? It is regression of the highest order... the fact that manager (s) don't respond to your queries (since 10/2/13);
They can't take responsibility for mistakes;
Unprofessional behaviour of your associates seems not to be a problem or being addressed;
the fact that I've been at your store numerous time with laptop and you say I must take it back until they resolve my issue (which never happened)... the last being on the 3/4/13 when Anzil from retentions depart said I should hold on to laptop;
Thanks Veronica (REQ 1942483) for giving me hope... but if you think the following is positive feedback from your promised response... I rest my case... because on the 4/4/13 you just sent me an email stating my contract has been cancelled with immediate effect... and on top of it it is addressed to a Mr Rushin... get your act together... It is pathetic if you not even sure who your customers are... let alone what the really issues are!!
Is this how you treat loyal customers?...To date you didn't respond to my issues. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE... and unethical to say the least!!
