Nedbank fails to respond to emails

I went to see Magnus Tshamlambo at Nedbank Rondebosch 07.02.2013 to ask for some advice on how to solve bank account issues for our family properties with Nedbank Cresta Johannesburg. He asked me to explain the issues in an email and send it to him. I did this immediately. I heard nothing from him, so I followed up on 19.02.2013 asking him for a response. He then copied me in an email addressed to - I presume the legal department at Nedbank, explaining the issues. The email was addressed to - Bojosi, N. (Neo) [Email Removed] and cc Herbert, P. (Phillip) [Email Removed] I've heard nothing from them at all. I also contacted Giddybone via the telephone at Nedbank Cresta on 21.02.2013. She asked me to write an email explaining what the issue is. I sent an email immediately to [Email Removed]
It is now almost two months later and I have not heard anything from Nedbank. I find this conduct unacceptable and unprofessional.
