I was hoping I will get an opportunity to respond on the feedback I got from Mtn regarding the dispute about the contract I had cancelled however it didn't come. Mtn has send me a half a sentence email apology about this issue without giving reasons why this has happened like this. They didn't accept the blame nor take responsibility for not doing a proper job. I am also surprised no one at Mtn will be bold enough to pick up a phone & apologize as they were able to harass me with phone calls when they thought I was owing them. Now they hide their arrogance & bad attitude when it matters most. I was also surprised for Mtn to refer to my complaint as a "concern". For me this was more than a concern & you can't suppress the complaints of your customers & label them concerns. Mtn has dug their own hole & I hope they will be comfortable in it. It is not surprising that customers are leaving in numbers.
