The first time I went into this store looking for a case for my iPhone, a sales person asked 3 separate customers standing right near me if they needed assistance and completely ignored me. I had to call him back to get him to help, and he kept looking around while helping me, even though I had been in the store for 10 minutes prior to asking this guy for help, I decided to let it go. The second time I went in there, 2 staff members were standing around a laptop and 1 was busy with a customer. I found the case that I wanted and it was not priced. I walked up to the 2 staff at the laptop and was swiftly told that I had to wait for the guy helping the other customer to get the price! I said loudly to my wife that this was ridiculous, and the one staff who was busy with the other staff at the laptop decided it was time to help. Both times I was in uniform, was I judged coz I worked in the same mall? Did they realize that I am a manager at my store and maybe earn a bit more than they think I do... Obviously not. I don't care if they respond or not, but I hope that customers read this and are aware that what you hear in their adverts is not what you experience in their store...
