CONTINUED BAD SERVICE

Last week friday I logged a complaint about Cell C with hello Peter about bad customer service as well as non-deliverance of goods. The friday morning Nomvula called me and said she would follow up and call me back. She never did and to date I still do not have my laptop.
It is now officially 3 weeks later. Cell C clearly does not care about there customer service. I am in a predicament I have had to wait for my laptop for 3 weeks now, and am unable to do my school work as I need a laptop and internet connection. This is all thanks to Cell c its a pity that I have to still spend 2 years with this company due to the laptop contract but my other two contracts are expiring this year I am am going to cancel them with no doubt. I am just suppose to accept that I should wait for Cell C to have stock after they indicated that I would receive my laptop in the next 7 days when I took out the contract. Is it not the customers that keep Cell C going??? if they continue this immense bad service I dont know for how long they still will be in business. I would never refer anybody to Cell C, thats a fact.
