Incorrent Balance

To whom may concern

I hold cellphone account with Autopage cellular, Febuary my debit order didnt go off so i eft the amount to there bank account. When may cellphone got disconnected I contacted them and ask the reason why, they told me that its because they didnt receive my transfer. After going to my bank stathat ent, I saw on the statement that I gave the incorrect refence nfumber, I fixed it and faxed the proof of payment throught to them.

In the begining of April, i contected them to make sure that there no outstanding balance on my account, when i spoke to the customer care operator, she told me 3x that my account is paid in full. Today on the 9 April 2013 I received message stating that I owe autopage R 1164.00. Which doesnt make sense because my topup account im on is R380. And to make things worse is that there ammount of R49.00 extra which im not going to pay. I did make debt order on my FNB account.

Can u please help me with this, because its the fifth time this is happening
