I took my laptop in for repairs to a broken DC pin.
After a few emails complaining about getting back to me as I need quote and a insurance letter they eventually got back to me.
After numerous emails asking on the status of my laptop etc. nothing!
The people at [Email Removed] are very helpful but the actual people at the repair office are so unprofessional!! I am really disgusted at the service I'm getting on the repair of my laptop.
I cannot call their office due to phone lines being faulty, and they don't respond to email!
I mean really it takes like 20 seconds to replay to a customer's email. Don't tell me the technicians are so busy they can even send a quick update!!! It is really frustrating!! I Hope when I get the laptop back that is in the same working condition as I really don't have the strength to deal with repairs again.
I check there are numerous complains about the lack of feedback/ service from Asus SA. I will not buy an Asus laptop again.
I'm still waiting on a response and expect my laptop to be done as the quote text that repairs take 2 days.
I HOPE that I will get it.
