Not valuing customer and lack of sense of urgency

On saturday, 23/03/2012 i went to the Markhams store, circus triangle. Stood by the door and at about 09:05, i asked the dread lock guy what time are they opening and his respond was at 09:00. I showed him my watch and indicated that it was way passed 09:00. He ignored me and closed the roller shutter. All staff were sitting in front of the counter being addressed by a gentleman, customers kept on turning and a few of ours patiently waited for the store to open as we desperately needed some garments. After 10 minutes, i decided to phone the call center (021) and inform them about the manner in which we are being treated at one of their stores, i was told they will phone the branch and find out why they have not opened. Eventually the doors were opened at 09:20, no one was even addressing us as we walked in to apologise about the delay, they carried on as business as usual This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Customers need to be valued and be kept on the loop if there is issues. As soon as i left the store i got hold of the head office to lodge a formal complaint and was adviced the area manager will call me. I'm not impressed at all by the manner in which that store treat us.
