I have realised that since December last year a new manager has been introduced to the Dischem in Clearwater and since she has arrived she shouts at staff in full view and earshot of customers which is very unprofessional and is generally unhelpful and. I was there looking for a cologne and they happened to be out of stock, she was not willing to call other branches in the area to see if they had stock as she said that all were out of stock, I went to a nearby branch and they had stock.
I have observed her treat other people of colour with the same disdain and her behaviour in front of customers is absolutely appalling. I have observed other customers responding in the same shocked manner as I always am when I am around the store. It is the closest store to me and it therefore becomes an inconvenience when someone's behaviour detracts from what should be a pleasant shopping experience. It is also very unprofessional and I believe that when someone brings a company's name into disrepute it should be addressed.
