Hi i have to upgrade for a new phone went to the store and they took my order for a new phone and told me they will phone back but a week later i phone and the lady said sorry they cant find my order so i said i asked for a white blackberry 9320 and then i asked her but what now she said sorry so i told he my contract end the 15th this month and all she could say is sorry sorry i meen how can you you say sorry do your work.
I'm very upset about this thing what can i do now
