Worst Service provider ever, including their customer service consultants, failed to replace or change my package, do not want to take any responsibility. Blaming clients with their internal processes/ politics

You will not debit my account until this issue is resolved, i will cancel all my accounts with you just like the last complain i had last year with you.

And this is my last time having an account or anything to do with this service provider eve
