I phoned Vodacom upgrade call centre on Wednesday (02/10/13) to upgrade my contract. The reason i rather phone in is because I do not have the time to go into a dealer with the tipe of work that i do.
In the beginning the guy was very nice & helpful & so patient with me. So it came to the part where i had to choose & i chose the S3 in dark blue. He told me i would receive a sms & email regarding my upgrade. I told him to send it to my main number & not he number I am upgrading. He told me i would receive my phone on Friday (04/10/2013) Monday the following week.
by Friday i phone the call centre just to find out my order in on back order (i was never informed) so i spoke to a consultand just to find out that the wrong phone was ordered. The ordered a S3 mini & not the S3. The lady told me that i had to go in store - (after i told her i do not have the time) & sort out my upgrade with them & then phone them & cancel my order (which I did NOT order) She assured me that the fist consultant will phone me back within 5 to 10 mim. I phone sevaral times, thrown betweened consultants just to find out the S3 is discontinued&at the end cancel my order. I will never upgrade or renew!!!
