I upgraded my cellphone contract on the 13th December to a Blackberry Z10 (White), Vodashop in Cresta. Phone was faulty out of box, but i was advised i have to wait for a week for vodacom to approve. I went back the following week, where Vuzi then realised Vodacom already approved and he said he will order phone. Since then i have gone back each week, with still not receiving my phone. Getting answer supplier only opens on the 6th Jan 2014. I went back on Saturday 18th Jan '14 and spoke to the floor Manager. She was not helpful at all. Stating phone is on back order and its the first she has heard of my case. However the branch did receive Z10's the day before but not the WHITE one. Now if manager says its first time she is hearing about it and my unit was not amongs the delivery, does that mean mine never got ordered, after Vuzi explicitly told me, each week that he is still waiting. Its been almost 7 weeks and i have got no plausible feedback. And i have to go in each week asking. They don't have the customer service to phone me and tell me ye or ne! Incompetent. Find out who has the phone and i will go upgrade there. Just funny that Cell C shop right next to them has the phone
