They lost my phone

On the 26th November 2012 bought a 9320 blackberry Vodacom on the 26th January it was not switching on? took it for repairs, my phone was booked in. I called the after four days was told thy are still fixing my phone..i sent my sister as she received an sms that the phone was fixed and ready for collection she was told the same thing, when my brother went he was told thy cant find my phone. and it was with them for 90 days I went personally and Mr Nel the store manager was rude to me he said I the loan phone that was given to me I wont get my 9320..i was asked to open my bag so that he can check if the phone I was using is theirs as it was the same model he went through the IME and never said sorry as it was not their loan phone ..he told the staff members to stop talking to me ..Tumi was the only person who was willing to help me, she couldn't help as she was instructed by the manager not to help..he said I can even go to the media I will never get my phone
