I went in on Saturday 06/04/2013 to get a contract for internet. After spending over an hour with the person helping me they tell me the system is offline. They then said they will fax all the paperwork to support and will give me an answer on Monday 08/04/2013 before 12.After not hearing from them i tried phoning them but they do not answer. I still have not heard from them and they still have not answered the phone. I also logged a complaint on 8ta's complaint section, but still no reply or anything from them.
So i am basically going to pay at the end of the month for something i have not received yet.
