Upgrade nightmare and incompetent staff

I ordered the blackberry Z10 in white on 22/02/13. The lady who took my order took down my details incorrectly despite me spelling each word for her. I waited a week the called the upgrade centre who told me to call the courier service who then told me that the phone has been sent back to vodacom. I have now done the upgrade three times and was given the impression that it was a matter of them re dispatching my order on its return. I call vodacom again today to be told that the phone is not in stock and they cant tell me when I'll get it. Three weeks, numerous phone calls and still no phone. And if there really was no stock why did vodacom send me a sms with a tracking number to track a parcel that has not been dispatched. I realise that my contract is only R420 per month which is small change to vodacom and they obviously don't want my business and so now I am changing to mtn. You have managed to make me feel unwanted and I will never recommend you to any one.
