I have 2 cell phone contracts with MTN. This morning I phoned the MTN call centre to make payment arrangements and to find out what my outstanding amount was to pay as they sent me a statement and an sms but the amounts were different. The gentleman (who assisted me was very arrogant and rude) telling me that my account was in arrears. I have been paying every month and when he read out my cellphone number he read out an incorrect number. I kept on insisting to him that it was NOT my number that he was reading to me but he refused to listen to me and insisted that I have to send my proof of payments to them. I am highly upset with MTN!!!...
